#365daysoflanglearning – Day 13

Hi, guys! It’s Friday already–and it’s Friday the 13th too, oooooh! I hope you all have lots of good luck today! 😉

To start off your weekend, I’ve got a little writing task for you.

Write some sentences in the language you’re learning and post them online for correction.

Okay, maybe the last bit is a little scary, especially if you started your new language in the new year and you’ve been learning it for the last two weeks. But it doesn’t have to be! Write sentences you’ve learnt about yourself, if you get worried about messing it up–but remember that writing, like speaking, is one of the active skills and so it is going to be harder than you might like.

As for posting them online, you can do that anywhere. I recommend lang-8 or maybe using the journal feature on iTalki, as you’ll be more likely to get corrections that way, but if you have a blog or a Tumblr or a Twitter account, feel free to post them there, too.

To make it a bit more accessible, the prompt comes with these levels:

Level I: Write three sentences.

Level II: Write six sentences.

Level III: Write ten sentences.

And of course, when you post your sentences, don’t forget to let me know! I’d love to see what you’ve achieved so far! 😀

Here’s your pic:
