Today’s prompt is another one that’s short and sweet: Learn an idiom in the language you’re learning.
Idioms are really useful in any language–not only will they help you to sound more fluent, they also help to give you some insight into the culture you’re learning about, too. Plus, they’re really fun!
Let me know if you find any you like!
Here’s the picture of the prompt if you’d like to share it:
So, what do you like to talk about? Sport? Films? Books? It’s important to know–because when you’re learning a new language, you’re going to want to be able to talk about these things in that language as well.
I like to talk about food. A lot. And the fun thing about food is that we basically all end up talking about it because we all need it! 😉
Today’s prompt, then, is a food-related reading one: Read a recipe in the language you’re learning.
That’s it! If you’re feeling ambitious, note down your new words and bookmark some recipes to try later…
Here’s your pic to share the prompt and I’ll see you tomorrow!
